- My candle arrived broken. What do I do?
Within 10 days of delivery, please send a picture of the candle to info@candleberry.com, along with your name and order number. We are happy to replace any items that get broken/damaged during the shipment process.
- I want to sell Candleberry. How do I start the process?
To start selling our products, please fill out our wholesale application. Once completed, email/fax it back to us for approval. You will receive an email within 4 weeks to let you know if you are approved.
- How often do you have the "seconds sale"?
As of April, 2020, we will no longer be having a warehouse seconds sale due to covid-19 restrictions.
- When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship from our factory in about 2 days. Keep in mind, Candleberry is not open on the weekends.
There are special circumstances that could take your package longer to ship.
Cookie Jars are specially made after the order is placed. Orders with cookie jars could take a few more days to ship out.
- Can I cancel my order?
- How do I find out about Candleberry sales and promos?
We notify our customers of sales through email and our social media handles. Make sure you are signed up to receive our newsletters and you follow us!
- What if I don't receive the right fragrance?
While we do our very best to ensure each and every shipment is correct, we do make the occasional mistake. If this happens, no worries! We will happily get this fixed for you. Please send us a picture of the candle you received to info@candleberry.com with your name and order number. Customer service will get back with your asap.
- My candle doesn't seem to be burning right. What should I do?
Please make sure you are trimming your wick before every burn. Most of the time, it is just a matter of making sure your wick is taken care of.
We are always striving for perfection with each and every product we produce. Since each of our candles are hand poured, there is always the possibility one might not burn correctly. Send a picture of the top of your candle and the front of your candle. Then send the images with your name and order number to info@candleberry.com
- Where can I buy Candleberry?
All of our products are sold on our website.
We also have stores all over the country that sell our products. To find a store near you that carries Candleberry, check out our store locator on the website.
- How do I become an ambassador for Candleberry?
Candleberry is always excited to welcome new ambassadors to share our products across any/all social media handles. Serious inquires can email retail@candleberry.com.
- How do I learn more about your fundraisers?
Many organizations have had great success with our fundraiser. For more information please email fundraising@candleberry.com. Our fundraising expert will happily assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
- How do I use the simmering cake tarts?
Our wax melts come in an 8-slice cake form. Simply break off a piece and warm it in your wax warmer. For even longer scent, add two pieces at one time!
- Where can I find a store that sells your candles?
There is a store locator on the website. Click on the "store locator" tab at the top of the page. Then, type in your address and click search stores.
- Do your wicks contain lead?
No.
- How can I tell if I’m buying a quality candle?
Quality is always important. If your candle has the Candleberry label on it, you are buying a high quality product.
- What are your candles made of?
A master never reveals their secrets.
- Have you changed the Hot Maple Toddy fragrance?
Hot Maple Toddy® is our number one fragrance and has been for a very long time. Why change perfection?
- What if I don't like the fragrance I order?
If you are unhappy with the fragrance you order, you are more than welcome to send it back for an exchange. (This is only if the product is UNUSED) You will be responsible for packing and shipping it back to the Candleberry factory.
- Are your candles vegan?
Yes, Candleberry candles are vegan.
- Do you offer a military discount?
Candleberry does not currently offer a military discount.
- Can I send a candle as a gift?
Of course! Candles make great gifts. There is an option to send a gift message (on our new Candleberry cards) with your gift! Each gift will need to be placed individually as it's own order.
- How will I know when my order ships?
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. The email you place your order with is the email that will receive the shipping notification.
- Do you have a store?
No, we do not have a brick and mortar store. Candleberry sells all of their products online at candleberry.com. The factory is not open to the public.
- Are your candles hazardous?
No. Candleberry does not make hazardous products or perform any type of animal testing.
- When is your next candle sale?
Sales happen throughout the year. The best way to find out about upcoming sales/promotions is to sign up to receive our emails or by following us on social media.
- Do they taste as good as they smell?
Candleberry products are not made for consumption.
