Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship out from our Frankfort, KY factory in about 2 business days. Keep in mind—we’re closed on weekends.
Special note: If you ordered a Cookie Jar candle, those are made just for you after your order is placed, so they might take a few extra days.

How will I know when my order ships?

You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as your order ships. Keep an eye on the inbox of the email you used when ordering.


Damages, Errors, & Returns

Oops—My candle arrived broken. What should my next steps be?

No worries! Sometimes shipping can get a little rough. Just snap a pic of the broken candle and email it to info@candleberry.com along with your name and order number. As long as it’s within 10 days of delivery, we’ve got you covered—we’ll happily send a replacement!

I got the wrong fragrance—Help!

Oh no! We’re so sorry about that. Send us a pic of the candle you received to info@candleberry.com with your name and order number. We’ll make it right, ASAP!

My candle is burning improperly. What should I do?

Make sure you’re trimming your wick before each burn—it really makes a difference!
If it still seems off, snap a pic of the top and front of the candle and send it (with your name and order number) to info@candleberry.com. We’re here to help!

What if I don’t like the fragrance I ordered?

We get it—scent is personal! If your candle is unused, you’re welcome to send it back for an exchange. You’ll just need to cover the return shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

Because we start processing your order the moment it's placed, we’re not able to cancel orders once they go through. We’re all about getting your candles to you fast!

Product & Quality

Do your wicks contain lead?

Nope! Our wicks are completely lead-free.

How can I tell if I am getting a quality candle?

Simple. If it says Candleberry on the label, it’s quality you can count on!

What are your candles made of?

A master never reveals their secrets…Just know they’re made with love (and a lot of testing)!

How long do your candles burn?

Our candles are extremely long lasting! Burn times vary on the size of the candle: 

Travel Tin: 20-30 hours

Small Jar: 50-60 hours

Large Jar: 135-155 hours

3-Wick Candy Jar: 160-215 hours

4-Wick Cookie Jar: 400-800 hours

Are your candles hazardous?

Not at all! All of our products are non-hazardous, and we never do any kind of animal testing.

Are your candles vegan?

Yes, they are!

Do Candleberry Candles taste as good as they smell?

Tempting, we know—but no nibbling! Our candles smell amazing, but they’re definitely not edible. Please do not consume them! 


Care Instructions

How do I use the Simmering Cake Tarts?

It’s easy (and smells amazing)! Our wax melts come in an 8-slice cake form. Just break off a slice and pop it into your wax warmer. Want a longer-lasting scent? Try two slices at once!

How should I care for my candle to ensure an even burn?

Make sure to trim the wick to about ¼" before each burn! After burning for around 4 hours, a full melt pool should be created. Then, stop burning when about ½" of wax remains in the jar. We want your candle to last as much as you do!

Can I refill the candle jar with wax?

No, refilling a candle jar with wax is not recommended. If you pour hot wax into the used jar, it may crack and lead to injury. We do not want to see any sort of candle-related injuries!

Can I use candle warmers instead of burning the candle?

For the best burn performance, we recommend burning one of our jarred candles. Please do not ever use a jarred candle with one of our wax warmers. This could lead to wax tunneling and potentially your candle exploding. Again, we do not want to see any sort of candle-related injuries! 

If you’re looking for a less traditional route and prefer no flame, use our simmering cake tarts in a wax warmer instead!

Do you have a physical store?

Sadly, no. We sell all of their products online at candleberry.com. The factory in Frankfort, KY is not open to the public.

Where can I purchase Candleberry candles?

Our full product line is available on our official website. We’re also stocked in select boutiques and specialty stores—use our store locator to find one near you!

Where can I find a store that sells Candleberry?

Are Candleberry products sold on Amazon or other marketplaces?

Yes, some reputable sellers carry our products on Amazon and other marketplaces, but for authenticity, we recommend buying directly through our site or authorized retailers. 

Wholesale, Fundraising, & Partnerships

I want to sell Candleberry products! Where do I start?

We’d love to work with you! Just fill out our wholesale application and send it back via email or fax. Once we receive it, give us up to 4 weeks to review—it’s worth the wait! You’ll get an email letting you know if you’re approved.

How do I become a Candleberry Ambassador?

Love sharing your favorite products online? So do we! We’re always excited to welcome and work with new ambassadors! Email retail@candleberry.com with your info and social handles—we’d love to chat.

Do you offer Fundraising Opportunities?

We sure do—and they're a big hit! Email fundraising@candleberry.com and our fundraising expert will guide you through the whole process.

How can organizations use Candleberry for fundraisers?

Brochure fundraising earns your organization 40% profit; online fundraising earns 30%. After your application is approved (usually within 2 weeks), you can launch your campaign! 

When will we receive our fundraiser products?

Once payment is received, please allow up to 10 business days for shipment. Then, you’re ready to go!

How do we receive our fundraiser earnings?

  • Brochure profits: You retain 40%; Candleberry will invoice you for 60% when the organizer submits the final order.

  • Online fundraisers: Payments are sent via check on the first Tuesday of the month after the campaign ends.

Do you offer a Military Discount?

At this time, we don’t offer a military discount—but we truly appreciate your service.
